At Live Well Yoga, we specialize in Infant and toddler nutrition. Our Nutritionist is a dedicated father of 2 young children, and is familiar with chronic illness, mealtime struggles, snack options and time shortages.In a fast paced world of processed, refined, and sugary foods, babies are at risk the most. They need dense and nutrient rich foods high in quality protein and fat to develop optimally.

We can provide you with up-to-date information about feeding difficulties, lactation and pregnancy support, and food introduction, as well as childhood conditions including skin rashes, allergies, ear infections, ADHD and more.

There is a wealth of scientific knowledge demonstrating the benefits of food and nutrients in treating illness and preventing disease.

In particular, hormonal imbalances, digestive difficulties, infertility, weight problems, children's illnesses, and skin conditions respond well to nutritional improvement, whilst other diseases such as cancer, heart disease, osteoarthritis and diabetes may be prevented.

what to expect...

BeforeBefore your consultation you will receive a detailed questionnaire with questions relating to your medical history, diet, and lifestyle. This will usually take about 20 minutes to complete. If possible, we prefer to have the forms back before your visit. You can e-mail the completed questionnaire back to us, or take it with you to the consultation.

DuringasYour first consultation will last approximately 1 hour.
During the consultation we will first discuss your completed questionnaire in more detail. Together we can also decide what your health priorities are. We will then review possible contributing factors to your health problems and give you relevant handouts to take home with you for further information.

After your consultation, a personalized dietary and lifestyle program will be constructed and you will be given relevant handouts and/or recipe ideas to support these suggestions. Nutritional supplements may also be recommended.  We will always bear in mind your individual circumstances to ensure that the program is practical and achievable.

AfterblAfter your consultation, we can assist and guide you should you need further support with your program. You can send us an e-mail at any time and we will endeavor to answer it within 48 hours.

We usually recommend at least 1follow up consultation about 4-6 weeks after the initial meeting. This is to assess the progress of your plan, to discuss any test results where appropriate and to update or change any recommendations made.  It may be beneficial to meet for further consultations.
