Prenatal yoga

Pregnancy is an amazing experience. It’s a time to connect with your growing baby. It is a creative experience, one that empowers us for all the unknown that comes along with the miracle of life inside of you.

When joining our classes, you can prepare yourself for a confident birth. You will learn restorative/preventative yoga poses, vocal toning, breathing & meditative techniques to have as your personal tools during pregnancy, labouring, birth, and after care.

group prenatal

Being in the presence of other pregnant women gives you the opportunity to share stories, pregnancy tips, birthing tools, and develop supportive community friends. It’s a safe & nurturing environment while you and baby receive all the benefits of prenatal yoga.

Pre / postnatal classes run as 8-week preregistered classes at Lochdale Hall on ongoing basis. Classes are also offered at Cross Roads, and a new location is coming soon on Burnaby Mountain. All sessions are pre-registered, but open for drop ins is space is available.

private Prenatal

A private session with one of our instructors allows you to connect more deeply to this precious time.

Sessions are tailored to focus on your specific needs, educate & empower you for all stages of your pregnancy, labour & birth.
